Transfer Of Equity
A transfer of equity is a change in the ownership of a property. This may include adding or removing a partner or spouse to the deeds. Our fees range from £495 – £795 plus VAT and disbursements depending on whether the deeds to your property are registered at the Land Registry and if there is a mortgage on the property.
There may also be stamp duty payable.
Typical disbursements would be Land Registry fees; these vary based on the value of the property.
