Elderly Clients

Are you worried about care home fees and do you want to safe guard your childrens inheritance?  If so you may be able to safe guard your home against care home fees. In your Wills you can do something known as Property Trust or a Life Interest Trust, this means that your spouse/partner can continue to live in the home after your death (whether you own it in your sole name or in joint names), if the survivor goes into a care home or remarries the property will be protected for your children. We have produced a helpful leaflet, please see the link below

It is also recommended that you consider signing a Lasting Power of Attorney in case you cannot manage your finances in the future

Our fees for Wills including the trust are £295 + VAT for a sole Will and £395 + VAT for joint Wills.
